Bellissimo resort immerso nel deserto, tutto curato nel dettaglio,staff cordiale e attento al cliente, consigliato è bellissimo vedere l alba dal lodge e il tramonto dalla piscina area reception. Incontro con le gazzelle che corrono tra le dune. Solo a un ora di taxi dall aeroporto.

Our guest room had no other light switches to dim the light in the bedroom and the bathroom.
The lights were so glaringly bright as if we were in surgical room at a hospital.
We tried to find switches to make it dimmer but there were none on the walls! We had to endure Either glaring bright light or dark black room. There were a couple of small morrocan style lamps, but they were hardly functioning as replacement for decent light.
The hotel guest house reminds us of old servant quarter where the hotel owner hurriedly converted or old military barrack in its dry and plain shape of simple building. Like dormitory,it is built outside in straight line . After the valet dropped off us, we had to walk a quite a while in searing heat to get to our guest room.
Though the valet carried our small luggages to our room for us, the last thing I wanted was walking along dusty pathway for a while, to get to the guest room after almost 3 hours of driving in hot desert weather. The dining room and Spa are all accessible only by the car driven by the staff. It is quite a distance to get there from the guest house. I gave up my plan of using the Spa because it’s too redundant to get there. I have used many Anantara resort hotels and I always have given them excellent reviews because of their great hotel infrastructures and thoughtful guest room amenities with incredible services.

But I will never use this resort hotel again!

From the room, to the swimming pool, restaurant. The atmosphere was giving!!
There are also some activities you can do in this resort like archery, camel riding, horse riding, sandboarding, safari etc...
The staff was so fast, helpful and smiling they made our stay so much better!
I would definitely come back again with more family and friends!

Telal Resort Al Ain est un véritable havre de paix. Perdu dans le désert à 1H d'Abu Dhabi et 30 min d'Al Ain, le Resort est situé dans les dunes loin de toute activité humaine, sul le son des oiseaux se fait entendre.
Les activités proposées sont variées et de qualité (Quad, Tir à l'arc, Surf sur le sable...)
La propreté des chambres et du Resort en général est irréprochable.
Le Resort est magnifique, bénéficiant d'une piscine intérieure et d'une piscine à débordement extérieure avec vue sur le désert.
Le coucher de soleil, visible depuis les transats installés devant la piscine, est incroyable.
Le service proposé par le personnel est irréprochable.
Nous y avons passé une nuit pour nos 10 ans de mariage et nous avons découvert des surprises dans notre chambre (gâteau en forme de coeur, fraises trempées dans le chocolat...), préparées par le personnel du Resort.
Une délicate attention qui nous a touchés, venant s'ajouter au service parfait dont nous avons pu bénéficier.
Il est important de préciser que le Resort s'inscrit dans un respect de la vie sauvage, les oiseaux y sont nombreux et les animaux sauvages n'hésitent pas à s'approcher du Resort ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus incroyable.
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
Les enfants y sont les bienvenus.

Excelente.. en un ambiente único.
Bueno para viajar en familia.
Hemos estado 3 noches y creemos que es la estancia ideal para descubrir el hotel y la zona.
El restaurante es de buena calidad. Pero el lugar donde está ubicado el hotel te obliga a hacer todas las comidas en el hotel.
El desayuno es a la carta.
En resumen una buena experiencia para pasar dos o tes días de descanso, pero al mismo tiempo bien preparado para ir en familia.

Alles perfekt bis auf die Klimaanlage im Zimmer.....

Che dire qualcosa di unico fantastico e originale.
A 150 km da Abu Dhabi una perla nel deserto
La struttura è enorme tutta nel rispetto della natura. È un resort 5 stelle tutto fatto di tende . L accoglienza in reception molto bella appena si varca la porta antica ci si trova proiettati nella savana.. Tavoli con radici di legno pelli , alabastro. Subito ci viengono elencate le attività possibili. Escursioni in quad sanboarding horse riding etc..Ci viene mostrato il building principale con una libreria dove nulla è lasciato al caso, in ogni sala un essenza diversa. La Spa dotata anche di piscina e la piscina esterna molto ampia e con vista mozzafiato sulle dune del deserto.
Le chiavi della vettura vengono lasciate in reception e ci si muove con l autista in quanto la tenuta è molto grande e ci sono le gazzelle libere al autista una persona meravigliosa ora non ricordo il nome ma mi sembra Darsha faccio i complimenti ogni volta arrivava in meno di fue minuti e ci apriva sempre le porte.
Noi abbiamo scelto di soggiornare nella villa Gazzelle n 1003 una tenda enorme con patio esterno in mezzo al desert. Già da fuori ero a bocca aperta..apriamo la porta e un ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli tutto in legno yuta e lampadari e dettagli in acciaio. Un meraviglioso letto su radici con un vetro a vista , macchina complimentary da caffe espresso e bollitore per the. Un tavolo in radici di legno con una sorpresa..una torta appena sfornata buonissima!!
L antibagno un emorme vasca in alabastro per due con doccia vetro e dall altra parte il bagno in mosaico. Tutti gli asciugamani con dei fiocchi. Sontuoso kit cosmetici.
Verso sera bussano e ci danno delke frittelle appena fatte. Fuori la tenda vlla un balcone con bracere azionabile con pulsanteCena nella struttura principale ottimo livello. Personale gentilissimo sopra ogni aspettativa. Ragazzo del recreation molto bravo noi abbiam fatto sanboarding e quod.
Che dire oltre le aspettative! Ci torneremo volentieri e lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vanno ad Abu Dhabi come esperienza.

Telal Resort, es un hotel de lujo rodeado por el desierto a aproximadamente a 150 km de Dubai, muy cerca de Al Ain.
Es muy fácil de llegar, es todo autopista hasta el pueblo de Remah y de ahí hay una ruta. Así que se llega bien con auto.
El área de recepción del hotel es muy bella, el techo es con carpas. Y muy bien decorado...ahí se encuentra el restaurant, el spa y la piscina que es bellísima...en especial para ver el aterder desde ahí.
Las habitaciónes no se encuentran ahí. Hay dos zonas una es las Villas con decoración estilo carpa, que son muy lindas.
Y la otra zona es Heritage Village, que es como un antiguo pueblo árabe, amurallado y en el medio tiene el patio interno, ahí hay unas galerías y así se accede a las habitaciones. Tiene dos habitaciones hermosas con muebles en madera tallados, y dos baños enormes. Un living y una galería abierta con mesa y sillas y vista al desierto.

Al momento de reservar consultar en que zona es la habitación.

No me gustó que las habitaciones estén tan alejadas del lobby, ya que para ir y venir se necesita llamar y pedir que te busquen, aunque uno vaya en auto ellos hacen los traslados internos en Nissan Patrol.
Tampoco me gustó que en el Heritage Village esté muy desolado... No te sentis en un hotel de lujo cuando vas y venis a la habitación. Incluso había una actividad donde tomaban cafe alrededor del fuego, pero nadie nos invito a participar.

Incluye dos actividades gratuitas a elegir dentro de estas opciones como andar en camello, sandboarding, arqueria o andar a caballo. Hay otras actividades para elegir con cargo como cuadricliclo, safari, tirolesa.

El restaurante del lobby tiene muy buena variedad de comidas y muy buena atención.

Me gustó la experiencia pero es para uno o dos días nada más.
